FoYoFit, a new start-up with a vision to drive healthy living, offer a holistic programme to adopt a healthy lifestyle that we can maintain on a continuous basis and not as a short-term fad. We aim to create a positive relationship between you and your health through food, exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

We are driven by our obsession for healthy living, where weight loss and inch loss becomes imminent. Our primary goals are to help you understand the concept of healthy living and adopt simple changes to your lifestyle that is sustainable in the long-run and thereby achieve your weight goals in a balanced approach.

How It Works?

Food

You will receive all-day meals (breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner), prescribed by a renowned nutritionist, prepared by a 5-star chef in our modern and Dubai Municipality approved kitchens and delivered at your doorstep every day.

Exercise

Short duration exercises and yoga routines which can be performed at home under the guidance and supervision of our trainers and with no additional equipment.

Lifestyle

Small lifestyle changes involving sleep patterns, meal timing and portion sizes to improve your quality of life.

Slender Plan (1200 – 1400 Calories per day)

We have carefully developed a healthy and tasty Indian menu that will help in achieving your weight loss objective with moderation.

FAQ

FoYoFit offers you several plans with variations that you can choose. We offer several Meal only plans ( Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Egg and Pescatarian ) and All-inclusive plan which includes fitness consultations and routines along with meal plans. If you are unsure, you can consult with our expert nutritionists and they will guide you on what plan you should be on.

Our care team will be available for guidance and clarifications during the day. If you need specific guidance from our expert nutritionists and fitness consultants (apart from the routine fortnightly consultations) we can help arrange them. Our fitness plans include fitness and yoga routines with interactive sessions and video references.

Reach out and let us know your reasons for changing the plan. If it is food or allergy related, our nutritionists will guide you accordingly. Else, you are required to complete the entire plan.

You can indicate your allergies or intolerances to our nutritionists and they will guide and personalize your plan accordingly.
